I'm the CEO and President of CJ Ventures, Inc., which includes Medical Mingle, Absolutely Health Care, and Rehab Options USA, Med Options USA, and Nurse Options USA. I'm married to my high school sweetheart Robin for over 30 years, have two terrific kids, Cary and Jessica, and we have a small zoo in our home, with 2 Huskies and a Yellow Lab, and 3 cats. We live on a lake in Lake Worth, FL, which is in Palm Beach County.

I consider our company as both my job and a major hobby. During the workday, I work to generate business and help our customers. During down time, I often spend time to think and come up with innovative ways to improve our business, products, and services. It is a joyful task that never ends. My newest hobby is Medical Mingle, which has been a lot of fun to meet and interact with our members.

I can think of a few, but one is Alonzo Mourning, recently retired from the Miami Heat, who has overcome serious illness, and played basketball with the type of tremendous passion that I have for my job and for our company. He is also a fine person that does for others through Alonzo Mourning Charities.

A Bit About My Job
I'm the leader of a team that has created a unique set of recruitment tools for the health care and medical field, and have packaged them in a way that no one else has. The buck stops here in trying to keep over 1,000 client companies happy in an industry, where there are endless openings, and not enough talent to fill them. This makes for an interesting job, as no matter how hard we try, it's virtually impossible to keep everyone happy all the time. However, we try to do our best, and just keep on working at improving at all times. We've helped hundreds of thousands of job seekers over the years, so it's rewarding to know that we've helped a tremendous number of people.
