About Me
I'm the CEO and President of CJ Ventures, Inc., which includes Medical Mingle, Absolutely Health Care, and Rehab Options USA, Med Options USA, and Nurse Options USA. I'm married to my high school sweetheart Robin for 28 years, have two terrific kids, Cary and Jessica, and we have a small zoo in our home, with 2 Huskies (our third recently passed away), and 3 cats. We live on a lake in Lake Worth, FL, which is in Palm Beach County.

A Bit About My Job
I'm the leader of a team that has created a unique set of recruitment tools for the health care and medical field, and have packaged them in a way that no one else has. The buck stops here in trying to keep over 1,000 client companies happy in an industry, where there are endless openings, and not enough talent to fill them. This makes for an interesting job, as no matter how hard we try, it's virtually impossible to keep everyone happy all the time. However, we try to do our best, and just keep on working at improving at all times.
