On April 24, 2006, Nancy Pelosi said, “Democrats have a commonsense plan to help bring down skyrocketing gas prices by cracking down on price gouging, rolling back the billions of dollars in taxpayer subsidies, tax breaks and royalty relief given to big oil and gas companies, and increasing production of alternative fuels.”

That was over TWO YEARS AGO!

Nice plan, democrats.

Let's look at some numbers....

Under a REPUBLICAN CONGRESS the average gas price went up 1.2 cents a month.
Under a DEMOCRAT CONGRESS the average price of gas has gone up 7.6 cents a month!

How's that plan working for you? I know it's killing me.
No matter how we vote for president this year, I think its more important the clean house and get some republicans (or anything but democrats) in congress.
