Any advice on how to change careers? Been an LPN for over 30 years, wanting to get into management. I have had plenty of offers for LPN positions, but not healthcare management. What organization would be more willing to take a chance on a new BS degree of Healthcare Administration graduate?

What does everyone think about the vice presidential debate? I have heard differing theories on the vice presidents as well as the presidential candidates.  Who do you think is the best candidate and why? Can anyone recollect the Kennedy election? I am hearing that it is really familiar as far as a "newbie" or "green" candidate in Obama running against one of Washington's "good ole' boys".      Do you see some similarities? Which candidate will help the nation's poor to receive healthcare? Let me know your thoughts.
