About Me
Nadia Gruzd, CPC, CIPC, CERS
After obtaining an Honors Baccalaureate Degree in Education in South Africa in 1988, Nadia joined Emmanuel’s Staffing Services in Johannesburg, South Africa and worked as a recruiter, branch manager, and trainer until immigrating to Canada in 1992. Nadia joined Medical Recruiters International (MRIC) in Vancouver, BC and within two months was asked to manage the company which grew from a four to twenty-two people operation in two years. In 1995 she founded Worldwide Staffing, Inc. in Vancouver, BC, Canada and opened up the US division, Medistaff, Inc. in San Diego, CA in 1997. These companies were sold in 2000, and in 2001 she established Unlimited Nurse Search, Inc. (UNS).
Since 2001 UNS has expanded from a one person operation to a staff of ten. In 2004 and 2006, UNS was nominated for the Best Employer Work Place Excellence Award by the San Diego Society for Human Resource Management. Clients include some of the top healthcare facilities and groups throughout the USA. The company has recently had a name change to Unlimited MedSearch and is selling franchises nationwide to accommodate clients needs to place medical professionals across the board.
