I was born in Oriente,Cuba; came to the US when I was four years old, as a result of the new communist takeover, Fidel Castro.I have lived in CT for most of my life. I love to excercise and take good care of myself. I'm a registered nurse practicing as a nurse case manager in Connecticut; before becoming a nurse I was a licensed cosmetologist. A Bit About My Job
I assess patients in their home environments, coordinate client services according to their insurance pay source; I screen patients to determine which types of care are needed and how often under federal regulations. I modify care plans according to patients physical status and improvements. I oversee LPN's and CNA's who care for my clients and communicate changes when neccesary.
