MedicalMingle is where your friends are.  MedicalMingle is the software you've become comfortable with.  You've learned how to use your blog, the forum, add photos and upload videos.  And, you're comfortable with the administrator(s) of the community.

That's great.. but know this; There are hundreds of thousands who don't know MedicalMingle is here.  Many of them have not even joined a "social network" yet. I happen to think it is because they may be unsure of what to expect online.  Others are on other networks, ie: LinkedIn, facebook, MySpace, twitter (a favorite of mine), medXcentral, NursingLink, etc., and have no idea this community is here.

One of my goals with this group is to introduce members of this community to other online communities so that you might reach out and introduce MedicalMingle to those who have not had the pleasure.

Do I receive some exposure for my online community, medXcentral?  Well sure.  But, please know this; you are free to come and go as you please on my network.. just like you are here on MedicalMingle.  I am positioning medXcentral as an online Medical and Health Care trade show and convention center.  Sort of a center hub for all people, products, sites, blogs, forums and networks to display their wares.  You are welcome to do the same.
