The whole idea of "dear diary" never really worked with me, but Ken wants us to try and post more frequently, so I am going to attempt this.  Wish me luck! (And please...no criticism of my grammar or writing style...I am an RT, not an English teacher!)

In trying to find a topic that is sustainable and interesting, non-offensive and (semi-)politically correct, I have decided to make a post everyday (or as close as possible) with a favorite quote of mine.  I love words, especially how some people are just able to put them together so well that they stand the test of time.

I really like this one, and I try to remember it when people try to get me to "conform" to society's norms!
