It makes it a bit more complicated, but if you learn to use the search mechanism properly, it will save you lots of time reviewing resumes. Have you taken our Absolutely Health Care University class to learn how to use our database properly? We're all busy, but taking some time to learn to use our service properly will not only help you to obtain better results, but will also save you lots of time in the future.
(+1) _____2. Do you have Resume Search Agents set up, and are they set up properly to get the results that you're seeking? If they are not set up properly, you will either not get results, or you'll get the wrong results.
(+1) _____3. Do you use the email blast feature, and have you learned to use it correctly? If used correctly, this feature can help you immensely. If it's not used correctly, it will not produce results, and will get many people annoyed at you.
(+1) _____4. Do you just contact resumes in our database for direct recruitment, our do you also use the database for networking. Every person in our database knows other professionals, who know other professionals, etc, etc, etc.... If used properly, our database can produce an endless stream of leads. If you've ever learned about Six Degrees Of Separation, you'll understand. If you don't network on an ongoing basis, you are truly missing the boat.
(+1) _____5. Realize that all clients have access to resumes on the same day. Therefore, depending on how in demand a job seeker is, some clients race to contact job seekers, attempting to reach them before anyone else. Some clients wait a couple of days to let the rush go by, and then contact the job seeker. Others wait a week or so before doing so. You might want to try different approaches, and see what approach works best for you.
