Ken, thanks for the welcome. Late now so will have to wait until tomorrow to really explore the site but very excited to come back to it. I hope it will help with my job search and maybe lead me to some new friendships.

We've pretty much locked our clients into their current contracts if the 2010 rates take effect. The financial impact is mind-boggling; I'm happy to say our clients don't have to worry but you know there are plenty of practices that are going to get hurt and hurt badly.

Thanks for the welcome. I am employed through an agency as a LVN at a hospital on the telemetry and PCU floors, but i'm searching for a full time gig , so hopefully i can find something here. Oh, by the way..how does one personalize their profile?
