    About Me I'm the CEO and President of CJ Ventures, Inc., which includes Medical Mingle, Absolutely Health Care, and Rehab Options USA, Med Options USA, and Nurse Options USA. I'm married to my high school sweetheart Robin for 28 years, have two terrific kids, Cary and Jessica, and we have a small zoo in our home, with 2 Huskies (our third recently passed away), and 3 cats. We live on a lake in Lake Worth, FL, which is in Palm Beach County.

    A Bit About My Job I'm the leader of a team that has created a unique set of recruitment tools for the health care and medical field, and have packaged them in a way that no one else has. The buck stops here in trying to keep over 1,000 client companies happy in an industry, where there are endless openings, and not enough talent to fill them. This makes for an interesting job, as no matter how hard we try, it's virtually impossible to keep everyone happy all the time.     Dear Ken,

    Thank you for your warm welcome; I'm glad to be a part of MedicalMingle!

    I work for the Pennsylvania Higher Education Foundation (PHEF) which is dedicated to the nursing profession. The foundation awards scholarships, grants and loans to qualified applicants for higher / continuing education.

    Our primary campaign this year is to recruit nurses in the field, that are potentially looking for a change in their career path, to consider becoming a nurse educator. We are trying to help increase capacity at our schools of nursing to help address the potential nursing shortage.
