I am a recent grad (MA in Health Information Management) with a poster presentation next month at the North American Nursing Diagnosois  Association (NANDA) in Miami.

 I need feedback from nurses who:

1...know what NANDA is and what the future of NANDA initiatives may be.

2...are working on a unit where there is a new installation of an electronic medical record system.

 3...still carry around a paper "brain sheet" in their pocket during the shift to keep track of things to report off on at the end of the shift.

 4...would be interested in joining an effort by nurses to take control of our data, to get IT on the same page, and let us design and tinker with our own methodology.

 I already have more than a dozen paper "brain sheets" but I am interested in finding more, especially home-made ones.
