We've started a viral marketing campaign on Facebook, which is a lot of fun and a great resource for the members of the group that we've created. 


  
The group is called "Six Degrees Of Healthcare/Medical Separation". It's purpose is as follows:


  
Using the Six Degrees of Separation theory, we want to see if it's possible to contact every member that is a part of the Healthcare/Medical profession on Facebook! This can include Healthcare/Medical professionals, Healthcare/Medical students, and those that service the Healthcare/Medical field. This group was started on 8/3/08. We look forward to watching it grow very quickly.



We're also using the group to promote Medical Mingle. We are now advertising this group on Facebook, which should also add more members to Medical Mingle as well.

We already have 101 members in the group, which is incredible after just over 4 days.

Our new group grew since early Sunday morning from 201 members to 277 members. We'll be at 300+ members by the end of the day!

Not much we can do about that, though in many cases you can use a free proxy server to get around the block.

Here's one you can try: http://www.freeproxyserver.ca



You can also google Free Proxy Server, and find many more.
