Lots of hospitals and large medical organizations have them. The terms are often incredible. For instance, I recently closed a loan for a doctor who's EHAP provided him with a 10% down payment at 0% interest and no payments for 10 years. He was able to buy his home with almost no money out of pocket! Pretty nice.
