Although I work with money everyday, I am really not the best with money.  My wife is the one that handles all of that, sad to say!   However, I do flip houses.  Here in Lexington and surrounding areas the market is booming.  I have sold every house I have ever flipped in 1-2 weeks maximum, sometimes in only a couple days.  Lexington is a wonderful town and hasn't seen the recession other towns have seen.  I have even flipped in the middle of winter and still sold in a week!  Depends on where you are if the real estate is friendly for investing or not!
