What were everyone's favorite toys growing up that may or may not still be around?

Shrinky dinks were basically plastic figures or pictures that you cut out and placed in the oven and baked at 360 degrees.  They would magically shrink and become thick hard plastic that you could hang in a window and light would shine through.  I also liked the easy bake oven and the barbie dream house.

sounds pretty cool...my parents wouldn't let me touch anything that could cause property damage after the bow and arrow incident!

well; On my 6th Birthday I got a Bow and arrow (a real target bow & arrow like for archery) and i asked my Mom if i could go to woods and hunt,,,,she said "NO" (of course) so I whined and complained and my Stepfather (who bought it for me) set up some squeaky toys for me to practice on.....one problem...He set them up in front of our above the ground pool! Being 6 years old my eye hand coordination was....not very good and I missed the squeaky toys several times....but not the pool! It looked like the dike was about to bust! Now my mom; never let me have sugary treats....so you can imagine my surprise when she handed me a pack of Gum and said "Start Chewing !"

So at 6 years old I started "my Career" as a vandal. :) :)
