Any other Recruiters out there, if you've tried finding one of these guys, let me know the secret. Having a hard time, the few i have found weren't perticularly willing to relo even though there is a full relo package available.  The other hang up is that my client wants at least 3 yrs former expierience as a director of Surgical services. My firm puts real emphasis on putting people in facilities rather than taking them out, but im getting ready to start stealing people away if i don't find someone soon. Any ideas?
