All we ask is that our clients read, comprehend, and implement these Checklists to have a greater level of success, and to increase return on investment from our various products and services. We also recommend that clients either forward our email product/service announcements to all members of their organization that use our services, or send ken@healthjobsusa.com an updated list of all users, and we'll put them on our list to send to them directly. We also post all product/service announcements on Medical Mingle, so they are archived and always available.

We respectfully advise clients to assure that the expectations of us within their organizations are aligned with the realities of our services. We are a terrific resource, but not a replacement for wise recruiting policies, judgments, and processes ... or for the willingness to learn and apply our tools appropriately. We can and will help you "make the case" within your organization to build consensus and alignment, so as to avoid misunderstandings and improve the likelihood of a very successful subscription for you.
Likewise, we recommend that clients periodically review the composition and prose in their recruiting messages and delve deeper into resume database search methodology. Doing so reduces subscription under-performance, and boosts the chances for success and satisfaction.
