Block UserHI my name is Brandy i just recieved my RN in april however i was an LPN for the 2 years i went to school for my RN, but i think its strange looking for a job as an RN everyone is treating me like a new grad even though ive told them i was an LPN for over 2 years with hospital experience and IV certified. I cant seem to find a job now and it is very fustrating that i still have job offers as an LPN but i worked hard to become an RN and i want to work at my full potential. Ok enough about that..... i am also the mother of a wonderful 5 yr old boy who is my world. Now that im done with school for the time being i like to go out and have fun meet new people and just want to enjoy my new career once i can get it started LOL. well thats me in a nut shell.

About Me
Im a new RN just got my licence in april 2008 but i was an LPN for 2 years before that and a CNA/PCT for a year prior to that i love working in the medical field and helping others it is something ive always wanted to do.
i am also the mother of a 5 year old boy who is my world and who gave me the oportunity to go back to school to become an LPN and the drive to continue on to become an RN.
in my free time i like to hang out at theme parks meet new people and just enjoy life it is so nice to be out of school again :)

I listen to all types of music favs include anything 80's and some early 90's, R&B, hip hop, some Rap, and a little country even.
Movies
I love action (Iron man was awesome)and comedy (Adam Sandler is a favorite)and the occasional chick flick of course. ;^)

I dont watch much TV but when I do I tend to watch alot of medical shows

Havent had time to read much, just glad to be out of school for now.... LOL ... although I do plan to go back to school.

Anything fun or exciting I am an adrenaline junkie as my friends say and I love roller coasters.... also love listening to music and goin to concerts ... my Ipod never leaves my side and if it does my cell phone is also an MP3 player :)
