The job of a recruiter is very faced paced.  I worked for Enduracare and like what a do alot.  I am not one of those pushy recruiters that doesn't listen to your needs when I interview.  I enjoy placing therapists in the right job.  I have several years of allied healthcare experience.  I am still a licensed athletic trainer who has decided to pursue HR as my career path.

I remember getting calls from pushy recruiters back in the day.  I always like to ask my candidates if this is a good time to talk, thank them for sharing some time to interview and listen to what they are looking for.

I also don't like to leave to many messages for candiates, as it makes me sound like a telemarketer.  The holidays make it difficult to contact folks.  I will be glad when were are in the second week of January and off to a fresh start.  Wishing everyone a safe and Happy New Year.
