We are a small business but we are growing in leaps and bounds. Please be sure to tell others that EBS is here and we want to help everyone. There is no job to small or to large for EBS to handle. It just amazes me to hear how many people wish they did'nt have to do a job when that is what your paid to do to begin with.
As an consultant when I walk into an office, you would be amazed what your staff speak about and yes, your customers are hearing them too. That is usually one of the first things I bring up to any manager. "Tell your staff to go into the break room and speak about things they don't like. It is bad for your customers to hear such talk and lowers morale for your other employees that are actually enjoying thier job." Of course there are things we do every day that we don't naturally like. However, to be a team member you have to look at how you effect others around you.
EBS is here to help any business get off to a great start by promoting healthy work environment from within. That is where every business lacks at, how employees blurt things out and people hang onto thier every word. You want your business to do well, start by taking care of your employees and making sure they are happy in thier job. If they are not happy, find someone that will be.

DeannaI am very glad to be here, if you know anyone that is very good at websites..please let me know. I have been trying to do a blog but it isn't very fancy and not exactly what I am looking for to represent my company if you know what I mean. *winks* It is hard to show case what you can do with pages that simply do not look professional.
