Well for some I guess anyway.....I'm working the early shift this week (8:00- 2:30) and had to wake up at 0 dark thirty this morning (5:30) and as always the first day of everyother week (when I have to work early) Its really rough, I'm dragging...but I eventually get use to it...and the rest of the week is fine! Guess I'll just have to "suck it up and drive on!" as my Drill sergeant use to say.....anyway have a great day!

It seems to be a fairly decent day. Started off cool (67 F) but is going to go up to 90 F for the 14th day in a row! No A/C makes it a challenge at home, never thought I would look forward to going to work just to get cool! As you can probably tell things start slow here in the AM..then pick up as the day goes on....I am doing early shift this week. Oh after ten years (almost 11) of living in GA, they finally called me for Jury duty, not bad but now I have to let my bosses know so they can cover for me, and that means I'll be a day short in that paycheck....oh well.... I guess I shouldn't complain...but its SO MUCH FUN!

Working sooooo hard! I hardly have time to visit here. The Dr's are pretty slow today, I guess they're making up for friday, and I think we may have an abbreviated week due to the 4th...so we'll see

I'm back!  Posting again, probably won't be as much but hey...what can I say. I have been doing yard work and working out...spending time with the family and generally relaxing. As far as other things are concerned if i need to dedicate some time...I now feel I can! I'll be around, can't say how much though...i just know that when I am here I'll enjoy my visit.

I've lost it...can someone help me find it?! I guess it might help if I told you what IT is....IT is my integrity....and I've lost it ....and I've got to get it back! I lost it over the weekend, between Saturday and today....How did I lose it you may ask? You may not ask too, but let me tell you, I rated 471 blogs, some I read, some I wrote, but most of them I really couldn't tell you what they were about....nor did I care! I did all this for some points....somewhere along the line Medical Mingle has become more of a Job than an enjoyment. Come on the site and post away and see what I can get...maybe I'll win, maybe I'll lose....but God forbid I should just chill and enjoy myself....such was my plight this weekend. The people on this site are good people, and the breech of integrity is mine. 520 points in 2 1/2 days. All I did was get on and try to earn points....there might have been some fun involved but not much.

I  believe Medical Mingle was designed for people to have fun and not to turn them into something they aren't....My integrity means a lot to me....so i need to take a break, NOT because Medical Mingle made me do it...but because I need to reevaluate what means more to me - points or my integrity....I think I know the answer, that's why i'm writing this. I feel I need to take a break, a couple of days away....to clear my head. When I do post again, and I will...it'll be because I want to and not for something I may win or some status I may gain....and when I call someone my friend, it'll be because I feel they are and NOT to gain some points.

I hope you all understand this and why I need to take a break....I can't spend 24/7 on the computer...I have things I need to do, things to accomplish. I need to spend time with my family, go to work, and decompress....until now that was partly filled by Medical Mingle, but now instead of helping me to relax, it has become a source of stress. Again, I am the one with the problem NOT this site.
