irrigation; I think is a good idea too! I was told a long time ago when suctioning my son's nose (also during my training) to make sure before inserting the bulb syringe in a nose....expell all the air first (otherwise it could cause damage, nevermind hurting).....then let it draw out the mucous.... so I guess the same principle would apply to irrigation.....

Don't know much about them;however I looked it up on my search engine....I think irrigating the sinuses are a good idea for a number of reasons but I just use normal saline solution that I get at the drug store....does neti pots work any better?
