    Thanks for clearing up the %'s with your comment on my profile. I see how my question could have been answered both ways. What I'm searching for is the percentage of candidates placed vs. how many were sourced. If your company, as a whole, sources 10,000 candidates in one month, what percentage of those end up placed. Check out the blog I posted here on Medical Mingle. Maybe you could weigh in there.

    Kudo's to you and your crew. If your efforts are resulting in 67% of your company's placements, then your the company you work for can have no question as to your (and your team's) value. :) Nothing like job security! Nice work.
