Alternative WorkForce, Inc. established the BlueForce Healthcare Staffing division, to meet the unique staffing challenges of the healthcare industry. BlueForce will meet your demand for qualified nursing, allied health, and service personnel. BlueForce is operated under the direction of veteran clinicians experienced in healthcare staffing. Other agencies may claim to understand the needs of the healthcare industry, but only BlueForce achieves patient advocacy by providing healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering the highest quality patient care possible.

REFERRAL PROGRAM: If you refer a friend to BlueForce and they fill out an application, we will give you $25.00. For each friend that completes a 13-Week assignment, we will give you $500.00 (up to 2 assignments).
Movies
ASSIGNMENTS: Assignments can be anywhere from 4 weeks long to permanent. However, most assignements are 13 weeks with the possibility of renewing.
