    Hello, I am up late because of a tornado warning that was in my neighboring county, so I thought while I'm up, at least at the moment-- I will be a little informative.

    Two companies that I found on the web that offer back-office solutions to recruiters that do contract placements are:

    1. Top EchelonContracting, Inc(topEcheloncontracting.com)

        a.Provide the hiring authority with the contract.

         b.Handle all of the employment paperwork with the contractor.

         c.Finalize the paperwork within 24 hours.

         d.pay the contractor weekly and offer a benefits package to attract and retain quality workers.

         e.Issue all clients invoices and handle all collections.

        a.Contingent workforce management.
