Thanks for the nice comment and yes that's me. I don't really have any secrets. I just enjoy life and live it to the fullest. I do eat a healthy diet and walk when I can. I do spend a lot of time doing what I want to now that I live alone and have very little stress in my life.

Hey Monique! I agree with you about the hair. What can I say, I went to the shop and told her to CHOP (and she did). :) My hair was about one inch long all over and I wore it spiked. HA! It was cool for the summer, though I would NEVER do THAT again! Yes, Jeff looks more like me the older he gets. That's a good thing. ha ha!
