21 pounds and counting! I am looking forward to riding my bike and walking this weekend to try to boost my weight loss! With the weather getting warmer I hope to become more active and exercise to assist in my weight loss and getting healthy!
Update on the weight loss

I have lost 18 pounds. My weight loss has slowed down some, but that is to be expected. It would have been nice to lose 10 pounds every 10 days, but lets face it that is not realistic or healthy.
I need to add exercise to my diet, but I have not had the motivation with it being so cold. I am hoping once I lose a little more and the weather gets warmer I will be more motivated to get out and exercise.
My goal- Bikini by August! lol
